Choose a User ID that's easy to remember. Your User ID must be 6-16 characters in length and can contain letters, numbers and most special characters. It is not case sensitive and may not contain spaces. My account is jointly owned; can we both sign up for Online Banking?

Yes. Each joint owner should register separately to securely protect your personal information. Do not share User IDs or Passwords, because each is associated individually with you and your joint account holder. Because sign-in information is specific to each of the joint owners on your account, the online Account Center will only display accounts that are owned by the account holder who is signed in.
